So Confused

Last night at work around 3pm I went to the bathroom and when I wiped there was very light pink blood on the toilet paper. It continued till I went to bed but none today! Im not supposed to start my period for another 9 days. I also had light cramps last night and very bad heartburn (the kind that shoots through to your back.) I have the implanon arm implant but its almost a year expired (getting it out on the 15th) so im assuming it isnt working as good as it used too and my it makes my period off so I dont know!!
