Every other day during most of the fertile window, but every day when it's close to O (starting 2 days before O to 1 day after---4 days total)

We did mostly every other day and few times every day. After 8 months of trying we finally got our BFP. We used to do it every day during fertile window and it wasn't working. Last month figured to just do every other and well...it worked.
