BF broke up with me at 37w pregnant

My boyfriend just broke up with me. I'm 37w pregnant and I am absolutely depressed right now. I live with him and his parents and now idk what to do. I'm so scared. I love him more than anything and now I feel lost. I'm scheduled to give birth in this city and can't move home because my parents live hours away and how am I supposed to get a new doctor in a couple weeks? This is a nightmare I wish I was dreaming
