cramping right after ovulation?

I'll start off by saying I'm not asking if this is from implantation 😂 I'm only 3dpo so I know it's too early. But yesterday and today I've had some pretty decent period like cramping. I'n 99% sure  I already ovulated based on OPKs, cp, and my nipples are really sore (happens to me after ovulation due to rise in progesterone).  I've never had cramping at this time during my cycle. Has anyone experienced this or does anyone know what could be going on?
