Help?

So my periods are regular. So I should have started February 1 and still haven't had anything g but spotting from the 5 to the 8th only when I wiped. Glow keeps saying I need to update my period and everytime I push it it makes me mark it on calendar .. I even had 5 test come out negative 😩 can someone tell me how would work this glow thing and possible advice on period please n thank you its frustrating
