This last week I had been feeling round ligament pain and feeling the tightening of my ab muscles. But the past couple days I haven't felt it at all. Is it something to be worried about? I just turned 10 weeks on Friday. I had a MMC at 12 weeks and my baby passed at 9 weeks in September 2016. I can't help but feel nervous until I have my first ultrasound this upcoming Friday.
