pregnancy insomnia, I can get to sleep just not stay there!

My current sleep story: I want to go to bed around 8:45 pm, but push myself until 10:15 to stay awake and watch an episode of something on Netflix of Hulu and snuggle with my husband. Then I take a quick shower and am in bed by 10:45, lights out around 11. I wake up sometime between 1 and 2 am and get up to pee, go right back to sleep. I usually get up again between 3:45 and 4:30 am to pee again. About 1/3 of the time I just can't get back to sleep again! Sometimes a snack helps, but then my Squirmy little fetus wakes up again too. Somehow the dance party in my belly usually gets be back to sleep (so reassuring!), but often I just lay in bed, sometimes tossing and turning, until 7:15 am. Ugh.
Any ideas how to get back to sleep?
I'm so beyond exhausted feeling today and can't even manage a decent nap. I just lay here, weepy over feeling guilty for not doing any chores today. My sweet husband sent me back to bed, he said he'd rather things don't get done than see me upset about how poorly I did them (we're in the middle of redecorating my home office and re painting other rooms in the house too, he's outside today doing all the spring pruning and getting the veggie garden ready to plant next month).
I'm just so overwhelming tired and raw feeling today :(
