Could I be pregnant?

Does the glow app ever indicate to you that you might be pregnant? Im over a week late for my periods and it just keeps on postponing and I am typing at around 5am in the morning because Im feeling nauseous.

2.18 unprotected sex

3.38 where I am now

Please help!!

Oh yea and my cm is super watery, every now and then it felt like its my periods and the past 2 days I experienced cramps that feel like my period cramps but it was only watery cm.
