I have the nexplanon implant (1 year in may) and dont use any other protection. my last period ended Jan 4 and i usually go about 5 weeks until my next one. This time i had extreme breast pains and was getting sick to my stomach after like 4 weeks. Had my period beginning Feb 22 for a week but with really bad cramping then it started getting very very heavy and im on the 12th day. Any ideas ???
