Nutrition Advice Please!

During this pregnancy I had a horrible first trimester plus.
I was sick all day, every day and lost almost 15lbs.
The past month, I'm 26 weeks today, my eating has been so out of control. It's almost like my appetite is trying to make up for starving for 4 months.
But lately, I have been really eating bad on the weekends, burgers, fries, cereal, ice cream, sweet tea, and this evening all the mommy guilt kicked in. 
I work out with my personal trainer 3x a week but I'm afraid if I don't get my appetite under control I'm going to gain too much weight this last trimester. 
Does anyone have any helpful advice on how to correct my nutrition and start fresh tomorrow?
