Fenugreek: not for use during nursing?!?

Anybody realize that in the label they put a Caution that it's not for use during pregnancy or nursing??

It's not recommended to take without consulting a lactation consultant. Fenugreek can do the opposite for some women and dry them up. It can also cause baby to have upset stomach, gas and green frothy bowel movements.

I've noticed that on the one I have also and I have the spring Valley brand, I was taking it for 3 days and noticed my supply going down even with me drinking the mothers milk tea with it so I stopped taking it and I Google it and noticed that they make ones specifically for nursing when you look at the images, there is another ingredient that's added in it to help boost your supply, I started taking this one along with still drinking the tea and a half gallon of water a day and noticed a big difference, I went from pumping 2oz each boob to about 6oz each .. I found this at Walgreens but they also have it online

This is the one I used . I still have some . I had to stop taking because I was over producing . I took the suggested dosage and my milk supply was too much for my baby to handle and I wanted to even out my supply . Now my baby is almost 12 weeks and I have 700 oz in the freezer with no space for any more .

I got these both from a friend who's in process of weaning her first son. The Blessed thistle (the other ingredient in the one you pointed out) is also with precaution that we should consult the Healthcare Professional before use.
