Started my injections 23rd Feb. Just been for my scan, consultant says there's loads of eggs (over 12 on each side) to be collected on Wednesday. He said they may have to collect & fertilise then freeze them to give my ovaries times to get back to normal to avoid them over stimulating. This means it would then be another 8 weeks before they implant. Bit disappointing it might not be happening now next week but I'd rather the chances be higher of it working. He explained the risks & I know he's right to wait. What a rollercoaster of a journey, has anyone else experienced this? Xx
