Almost passing out- anyone else have this happen?

Almost passed out today on the train. Literally had to sit down on the train platform (which was filthy by the way). Anyone else have this issue? It's never happened to me before. I got orange juice right away thinking it may be my blood sugar.

Eat some high protein snacks throughout the day, should help :) I'm the same

I do this with every pregnancy. Whether I've eaten or not. My second pregnancy they even sent me to a cardiologist but it's just a symptom I get from pregnancy.

Yup. Especially worse for me in the morning before I'm fully hydrated.

Same. I've never fainted before, but passed out at work standing doing a presentation 😳Try explaining that to a bunch of strangers!

I missed breakfast the morning of my daughter's 1yr check up, when the m.a. went to give her the vaccines I nearly passed out, thankfully the m.a. was understanding and brought me a juice and some crackers. It happened during my pregnancy with my eldest too

Yep I had that for a while, think it's low blood pressure. It passes, just take it easy,try not rush about. Don't get up too quick, etc. Also midwife told me to stock up on carbs! Which seems to work, but makes even more bloated

Yeah I had some dizziness when I was about 8 weeks. It only happened a few times but I've been fine since 11 weeks and haven't had it happen again

Yup, I'm always short of breath. Doctor said it's normal

Almost passed out today. Was making cookies with my kids and had to sit down on the kitchen floor for 10 minutes before I thought I'd be good. This is my 4th baby and in all my pregnancies I've had 1-3 dizzy spells. My first time I was shopping with my husband. I started to feel really hot and a little while later I "woke up" sitting on the floor in the middle of an aisle. Try to drink tons of water and remember to snack every couple of hours.

Yes! I've almost passed out twice, once in the shower and once doing the dishes. Low blood sugar was probably the culprit. It's super scary!
