tips on weight loss!

Hi guys, I've been trying to lose 10-15 pounds that I've gained back before prom. I've tried to be on a low carb diet, but since I don't eat a lot of meat/fish or nuts I practically starve myself. I know working out is an obvious option but I want advice on what else I could do to lose 10-15 pounds in 2 months! I've lost 30 in 3 months but it was from stress at work and I'd rather not do it that way again. Thanks!
