Missed A Pill

I've been taking my birth control pill for almost 2 years now & recently forgotten to take one & had sex with my long term S.o i haven't taken any plan B or anything either... I'm 2 weeks late on my period which for the most part always on time & was wondering how likely is it that I could be pregnant or just running late???
