Eeek!! Its a positive! 😲😂 (sorry, very long)
My husband and I (both 21 years old) weren't actually "trying" for a baby and weren't preventing it 100% either and a couple weeks ago I started getting sore breasts so I thought my period would be on its way because that's what usually happens. Fast forward a couple weeks: no period, sore n heavy breasts, very emotional, period like cramps a couple times a day, lightheaded and shortness of breath! I was thinking it was just me but tonight after being upset at my hubby for only a small reason and being a horrible emotional wreck after he left for work I took a test... And the pic is the result!! I am feeling mixed feelings right now, yes we wanted kids someday but isn't this a bit too soon?? We've only been married 6 months. I called my hubby, apologized for my outburst earlier and told him my news! He was happy and excited! I can still hear the awe in his voice "really?? No way!" :) anyways im just asking for advice on what to do now. Do I need to see a doctor soon or later on? Do i need to change any lifestyle habits? I dont smoke and drink except foran occasional glass of wine ect. I would ask my mom for advice but we'd like to keep the pregnancy a secret for a couple months:)
Another question is how do I figure out how far along I am? I have irregular periods and haven't had once since Nov 30, 2014. We've been having protected sex (condom) except for the following days in Jan, please excuse me if this is tmi, Jan 15, 20, 21,22, and 23rd when he came in me once a day. Is that when I conceived?? I took a home pregnancy test Jan 28th thinking I might be pregnant from the sexy time that took place in Dec and it was negative.
I am posting without my name ONLY because I have a couple friends on glow and really want to keep this a secret from family and friends for awhile yet:)
Anyone with some advice would be GREATLY appreciated! I feel like I'm walking on air, not sure what to think or do😁
