Prenatal Vitamins?

What is the best prenatal vitamin ( over the counter ) to take? My first appt isnt until next monday 3/13. And the ones ive been taking make me even more nauseous than i already am. And they are just the CVS brand ones. I just found out on saturday that im having my first. ❤️ thanks ladies ❤️

The Dr can prescribe you some prenatals! She did with em and really recommended those and said they are a lot better than over the counter ones :) haven't picked them up yet though, so can't say if that's true or not!

I take the once a day vitamins! They didn't seem to make me as nauseous as others! In the beginning though I was so nauseous my dr told me to take flinestones complete especially if i don't eat a ton of fruits and vegetables! I took those until my nausea wore off. It might also help to take them right before bed! That way you have food on your stomach and you can slee off the nausea! That's what I did advised by my dr and made me feel so much better!

I take viatal natal but only issue is you have to take a prenatal Dha and it 6 tablets a day.
