Today... I'm going to work on losing weight ðŸ˜
I am 17, 18 later this month, and I am 5'2. I weigh 156 pounds, I gained 40 pounds in the last two years.
Today is Day 1. So far to eat I had an Oreo Chiller (pretty much a frappuccino. This was before I realized I was gonna start losing weight XD) and one serving of cottage cheese. I have done five pushups (i have weak arms) 10 situps, 60 jumping jacks, about 40 squats, some lunges, high knees, etc.
I'm excited to try again.
