Health advice please 😔

Does anyone here suffer with fibromyalgia or acid reflux? I have both..yesterday & today I feel a heaviness in my chest & feel nauseous..Does anyone else ever get that? My SO asked was I pregnant but as far as I know I haven't OV'd yet so that would be impossible right?
