implantation cramps??? please help!!

Hey ladies so today I am 6 dpo, I've been having some mild twinges here and there the past 2 days but this evening I stood up out of bed and got a sharp crampy pain on my left side that lasted probably 20 seconds. It was sharp at first and then felt like period cramps. I also had that feeling(I don't know if some of you will know what I'm talking about) I think it's called lightning? It feels like sharp pains in my vagina. Kinda weird but that went along with the cramping and then it stopped. Any thoughts?? I appreciate it❤ also if this is implantation when could I test?

Yes! I know exactly what your feeling! My husband and I went out for a hike on August the 6th and I took a step and my right side I felt this very sharp pain. Lasted about 20-45 seconds, and it literally almost took my breath away! About 15 minutes later I went to the restroom and ther was a VERY faint line of blood when I wiped. Had I not been searching for it I wouldnt have seen it. Well on August 13th I took a test and it was positive!

I had that as well its like u can also feel the sharp pain in your rectum I had cramps as well and sharp pain on my left side for a couple seconds dry mouth and leg cramps the cramps don't feel like period cramps the ones I'm getting and I'm due for AF in a week according to glow
