Hormonal acne

Does anyone know of any good products or home remedies to get rid of hormonal acne? I started getting some to the right of my mouth after I started birth control, and it looks hideous. Regular face washes and masks don't help, and it's leaving scars.

Note: I know it's the BC since I've never had any acne before starting.
