What to do to lower my anxiety during labor.
I suffered from IBS and during my pregnancy I haven't been able to take my medicine (personal option bc there is not enough research in pregnant women). I have to make sure that there is no food before I visit my OBGyn. Otherwise I'll have diahrrea.
I'm 32 weeks, so the day is coming. I'm trying to research what can I do during labor to lower my anxiety. Music, aromatherapy, etc. I'm afraid that it will be so bad that will lead me to a c section (something that I dont want).
I'll appreciate any suggestions that can help me.
