Survey: Does sex hurt?

Is having sex ever painful for you? Is it more painful during some days of your cycle? When it hurts, do you stop? Or just deal?

When I have a yeast infection which is pretty often for me it does. Most of the time I try to avoid sex during those times but I can only go so long lol. So if it don't get better soon I do it anyway.

It hurts if I'm not wet enough or if he goes all the way in and hits my cervix. I continue and tell him that it hurts.

It hurts at first until u get used to it. As long as he goes little by little and he doesn't stop moving in and out, you'll be fine. If he stops moving it'll hurt because he's just holding your hole open. And make sure you're both fully wet because if u aren't, he can pull the flaps around your opening in with it a little and believe me that hurts. You should be the one to guid it in so you can make sure to hold yourself open and don't be scared to tell him what to do so it doesn't hurt, they kinda like that anyway :p but once it's all the way in, take it slow until it doesn't hurt anymore, then ur good. It's not as complicated as it sounds lol.

Like Allisa it only hurts when my bf goes in to deep and hits my cervix. Also if I'm not ready, wet enough and he wants to have sex. He's kinda big down there and I really need to be wet for him to comfortably penetrate me

It really never hurts unless my boyfriend hits my cervix. Then i just tell him he's a little too deep. (Tmi warning here) usually I'm wet enough due to a lot of foreplay and him eating me out which is nice and makes it way easier for him to fit.

Sometimes I'm not as "lubricated" as I need to be lol and that is when it hurts the most for me! It kind of starts to burn! When that happens we stop and get some lube and use that! Sometimes I think my cervix is low because I can feel when he hits it and it hurts like hell but I just tell him not to go that deep! That's about the only time it hurts though!

The first time I ever had it, it was soo sore I bleed for days and at least 10 times after it was still sore for me, now not so much however sometimes afterwards I get really bad shotting pains in my women going up into my stomach. Still don't know what this pain is only occurs after sex sometimes but I be up all night rolling in pain. Iv never went to the doctors because if be embarrassed. I be more sensitive having sex before period too which can be sore!

I had pain maybe the first year after first having sex and now it only happens sometimes. My doctor says our lady parts are just sensitive and a variety of things can cause pain  or discomfort.
