Am I pregnant?!?

My boyfriend and I have been trying to conceive. I had two periods in January and none in February. The second period in January was different but my periods have always been irregular. I've never missed a period though. I'm experiencing swelling sore boobs, headaches, dizziness, bloating, and cramping. I've been cramping for days and nothing showed. I was cramping today and nothing showed for hours. Then I was cramping at work and started spotting pinkish brown and then nothing for the rest of the day. Has anyone experienced this or what do you think?
