Here's how you learn to do a kegel. Urinate and practice stopping your urine stream. Now do the same thing when your not urinating. The best time is when yiyr doing nothing like watching TV. I like to do at least 100 3 times a day but I know that's alot most woman do less. Usually it's recommended to do them in reps of 10.

Try it every day and just keep working at it. As soon as I tried for the first time I figured it out.it just takes practice.
