Nystatin for thrush

How did yours look? Mine is liquid form in a prescription liquid bottle and I'm told to apply to my nipples 4 times a day. I thought it would have been a cream in a tube. Has anyone ever used this before and what did it look like? I'm hoping they gave me the correct one
