How do I control my hypochondria??

I have bad hypochondria, I freak out the most when my head hurts, I get this sharp pain, it only happens at night (idk if it's bc of my anxiety, bc my anxiety used to start at night)

But I'll look up tumor, aneurysm, blood clot, hemorrhage symptoms n freak myself out even more.

My freshman year or sophomore I don't remember. But I was letting my friend give me a piggy back ride n once I jumped on her back she wasn't ready n fell over n I hit the left side of my head n had an instant panic attack and left the football game. My mom told me to not freak out bc the skull is pretty strong, I caught myself before I fell but still managed to hit my head a bit. This sharp pain has been on n off since my senior year (I graduated last year).

I was at the doctors 3 days ago n told her I'll feel dizzy out of no where so she checked my eyes, did a full body evaluation. Had me walk a straight line n told me I shouldn't worry bc I definitely passed the test, but just Incase to get my head checked bc I could of had a minor concussion when hitting my head.

But I don't want to constantly worry about the sharp pain, ik it's probably anxiety related but still.. is there any way to control hypochondria??
