how did you know you were in labour?

Hey girls, I am currently 35 weeks pregnant. I am getting a sort of burning sensation in my stomach like I'm due a period which obviously I'm not. Is this Hun body telling me something? Can you tell me your symptoms that you had in the weeks leading to your due date. I know everyone is different

I thought my back was splitting in half and it was happening every two minutes haha. It woke me up from sleep! There was no question haha

As a FTM I was terrified I wouldn't know when I was in labor. I had my water break a few days short of 41 weeks. The night before I lost a lot of bloody mucus and a few hours later when my water broke contractions started immediately. It was period like cramps that were a few minutes apart. Not all are straight forward like mine but as for the contractions mine were exactly as people say with being just like period cramps. Trust ur instincts and good luck!

With my first I was 34 weeks and my water broke.
With my second, I was 35 weeks and my water broke.
With my third, I was 38 weeks and had an induction.

I was woken up around midnight with a back ache. Didnt think anything of it but it kept getting stronger every time it came. I got up walked around the house, tried to go back to sleep but at 4:30 I told my husband I couldn't take the pain. I couldn't talk through it or move. So we got to hospital at around 5:30 got checked and was 7cm dialated. By 2pm our baby girl was here❤ I was 39 weeks exactly.

I was havng contractions during snl then i tried to go to bed after midnight. I was woken at 340 am got up again at 4 or so. I was getting ready to go to hospital by 5. Begging to go by 7. I also vomited twice. We arrived at 912 baby was born at 947am
