Bad salon experience

After just having a terrible salon hair cut and eye brow wax- I am curious how others tend to handle these situations! I very rarely go to salon for anything because I always leave upset or not liking what they did, but I NEVER speak up and tell them. I just say thank you, pay and leave. If a salon service you receive is not to your liking-what do you do?
