I had my 28 week midwife appointment this morning and she was kind of rough trying to feel baby's position (maybe I'm a bit of a whimp but it really hurt!) Now I feel kind of sore still but I'm getting period like pains in my lower abdomen, has this happened to anyone else before? Is this normal? Sorry, FTM! I know they're the professionals but I'm not sure if that can hurt baby or cause any damage?
