I have regular periods, and regular ovulation but cannot seem to get pregnant. I heard about vitex chasteberry vitamin, so I bought some. And now I'm reading everywhere not to if you have regular periods and could make my fertility worse. Is this true? Should I stop taking it? And what should I take instead? Anything to help my eggs? Make me more fertile? I've been trying for 3 years and nothing.
