My SO baby mother is out to make our life a living hell !!! He pays child support and has been paying every since she placed him on there due to him getting with me! They have two kids together which she want even allow him to see them , but she bashing me and him constantly on social media and now she has requested for an increase in child support for him to pay 805 a month and he only make right at 800 a month.. a letter was sent out to his mothers house a couple months ago for him to attend court but his mother is elderly and didn't realize it was his mail so I got stashed with some other mail , so now another letter came to her house which his brother seen and gave to him from child support stating that since he didn't show up for court they have ordered him to pay the 805!?? Like wth is there anything we can do? Has anyone been thru this before 😤
