first appt. should I bring hubby?

My first appt with OB is April 5th. I'll be just about 10 weeks.  I don't know what's going to happen during that appointment at all. Any ideas? Are you bringing your SOs with you to your first appt?

Also bringing my husband. Excited if will be able to see our little bean. My husband I think is more excited about my appointment then I am. He cant stop talking about going.

I brought mine to my first appointment today.  They asked him to wait out in the waiting room for a bit.  They did all the vitals and pelvic exam before bringing him into see the ultrasound.  It was so nice having him there!

I would ask the scheduler what happens at the appointment and make your decision from that. My first appointment is at 9+0, and includes my first ultrasound/first time hearing the heartbeat, so my husband really wants to be there for it.

My husband wasnt their for my blood work which technically wasnt appointments but he will be there for the ultrasound 3/15! He was at all the appointments with our son

I had my first OB appt this past Monday but there wasn't an ultrasound so I didn't have my husband come. This coming Thursday we will be getting and ultrasound so he will be at that one and the. Again at the 20wk ultrasound but that's about it

My frist appointment is on April 4th, I'll be a little over 8 weeks. This is our first. My husband is coming to that one bc we will be having an ultrasound and bloodwork (I don't do good with bloodwork 😣) he said he is planning on coming to whatever appointments I want him at but he said he definitely wants to be there whenever an ultrasound is happening.
