scared--5 weeks

I have spotted this entire time--mostly light pink and brown. Last night I went to pee and some blood dripped into the toilet (not a lot but it shocked me). Today at work, it happened again. I called and they want me to go in the morning and have HCG levels again and then come in the afternoon and have an appt with an ultrasound. Has this happened to anyone else?! I'm 5 weeks pregnant and first pregnancy! I'm so scared and nervous!
