Dr said doesn't look like PCOS but still did bloodwork to check thyroid. Did say pcos is hard to diagnose tho. Have to schedule sono. Anyone else have pcos or experience with this?

I have PCOS with all normal bloodwork... you just need 2 of many symptoms to have it I was told!

It's diagnosed by your symptoms. I have it and have almost all of them unfortunately! All my tests came back perfectly fine also.

my bloodwork was normal. my ovaries were cystic in ultrasound in the classic string-of-pearls formation that pcos cysts will appear in.  so... they diagnosed me.
