Itchy😔

This is embarrassing but I've been super itchy down there lately. I thought it mighta been a yeast infection so I got routine work done on Friday. She then gave me some cream for the itching and told me to call Monday for my results. Well I called and left a message but got no  returned phone call. Do you think everything must have been normal or what? Confused. I'm still itchy but thought maybe it could be  the new soap I was using..It's just frustrating because I coulda bought over the counter and possibly been cured by now! Also the cream she ordered wasn't covered by my insurance which was annoying as well, especially that it hasn't helped much.
