My cycle is around 26 days. I got some light spotting on day 16. It was light pinkish brown. It's been 3 days of light spotting, but today is day 4 and it got really weird.

This may be TMI, but when I got up this morning I noticed bright red blood when I wiped. I got out a pad just in case it continued or got worse throughout the day. The next time I used the bathroom, I noticed the pad was mostly clean except for a small spot. However, when I sat on the toilet, it started gushing. Bright read, really liquidy, no real clots. I thought maybe my period came ridiculously early (it's been as early as 20 days before, and this was Day 19). I went to the bathroom a few hours later, and the pad was still clean, but I started gushing on the toilet again. This repeated itself another 5 times throughout the day. My pad is still pretty clean except for that small spot that had been there since the morning and every time I use the bathroom and sit on the toilet I start gushing bright red blood again.

This has never happened to me before and I'm freaking out. I've Googled a the symptoms, but most things I've found are about chronic conditions and large clots. This is the first time this has happened and there really aren't many clots, and definitely no large ones. Does anyone recognize these symptoms?
