Do you think health insurance should cover maternity care?

The current proposal will eliminate the federal requirement for qualified insurance plans to cover maternity care and delivery/labor. This would leave it up to states to decide whether or not to enforce it. If they didn't, women would be required to individually purchase a maternity rider in order to be eligible for prenatal care, labor and delivery.
