Does it bother you when you're working (or standing in line/observing) and a customer comes to the counter whilst on their phone? I find it extremely rude, and often find that they get annoyed when you interrupt them to tell them how much they need to pay for whatever they're buying. I also get in trouble if I don't attempt to upsell, but I have trouble interrupting people.
