Should I tell my boyfriend I'm dying ?

I have been sick for a long time now. I'm okay with dying a bit earlier (like at 30). I'm 23 currently and got diagnosed with an endocrin disease at 10, also right now I'm on iodine supplements because I don't have a thyroid. My weight is fairy well but the doctors told me that my kidneys as well as other things arnt doing well due to the treatments I faced as a child. I get sick often, the flu will cause me to pass out and go to the hospital and I have an severe iron deficiency. My boyfriend, Christopher doesn't know about this. We have been dating for 3 years and he knows I have a "thyroid problem" so that's why I go for tests, take Lots of medication and get so sick. I found out about my vital organs starting to decrease in percentage. The doctor said with extreme health precautions I'd only loose roughly 3% a year. Right now I'm chilling at the hospital typing this while my boyfriend is at my feet. They are just checking for diabetes and doing a blood test. Should I tell my boyfriend I won't live a long time? He's really old school and said he won't re marry or anything but I want him to. I want him to move on and love someone else, I look healthy but my doctor said to tell friends and family but how ? Any ideas ?

You should really tell him. He obviously loves you and you wouldn't want him to find out that you never told him right? Relationships are built on love, trust and honestly. Just sit him down and ask for someone to be there when you do to be your support person. Just ease him into it, don't leave him in the dark for you to suddenly die one day and he finds out you already knew. He would be so hurt that you didn't tell him.

My sister died 2 weeks ago. She was sicker than she ever let anyone know and devastated everyone in her life. I cant help but feel hurt and angry that I didn't even get to say goodbye. Telling the people you love will be hard. But not as hard as the mess everyone will have to clean up after you're gone.

Tell him. I understand where you are coming from but it's only fair to him. I told my now husband about my brain tumor as soon as we started dating. It's a hard conversation but you will be glad you did. It will either decide things for him in a negative way :( or it will bring you two closer together. Good luck hun. You are really strong. I don't know what I would possibly do in your situation. I saw my dad dying of cancer and my mom being by his side until the end, it was devastating but my mom told me that if she knew, when she met my dad what she would have gone through, she would have still got together with him.
It's really your choice as it's your life we're talking about, it's the time you still have here. I personally would want to know so that I could make every second count, he doesn't know how precious the time he still has with you is. 
Having his support and help will help you too.
