I need help!
So I just had my baby via C-section. I am 5 weeks PP I have lost all my baby weight but I still "look" pregnant. But my husband is leaving for a deployment so he will be gone for 6-8 months and I really want to loose weight and look good for when he comes home. BUt I'm not loosing the weight for him. When we moved to Japan, I got depressed and ate my feelings. So I've set a goal for myself to loose weight and to fit in my wedding dress again by the end of the year. So I need to loose about 30-40 more lbs.
I was wondering if there is anyone who can give me a good workout program to look at. I can't do a lot of dieting or meal replacements because I am breast feeding at the moment. But I am starting to eat healthy and less carbs and etc. Any help would be much Appreciated. 💕
