Please somebody help me ...

I have yellowish/tan looking discharge. It started after my menstrual cycle ended ! It's clear when it comes out but when it tries on the panty liner that's when it's yellowish/tan. I think it's a yeast infection. It was itching really bad but it's clearing up!
