Is tuna safe to eat while pregnant?

I can't remember if tuna fish has large amounts of mercury. Are there certain kinds of tuna that is ok or should I stay away from it at all costs?!

Eat canned light, not solid or chunk white. Almost all white is albacore which has almost three times the mercury as the light tuna which is usually skipjack

The WIC office will give you vouchers with tuna on them, 2 6 ounce servings per week Max. I live in cajun country, all I've been craving lately is shrimp, crawdads, and catfish. Pregnant women down here have been eating seafood since before there were mercury concerns and having healthy babies.
