They start at 140$ for first time and then they cost $40-$70 for refills

Not worth it if you're wanting them all the time.... for a one time event I they're worth it

Yes they're safe for the most part. Just make sure that you go to a certified individual who knows exactly what they're doing. And depends on how much they're charging? Here they charge around $70-$80 which is definitely worth it in my opinion. They last around 2 months tops.
