I haven't been diagnosed with endometriosis, but my mom, and both of her sisters have it, along with some of their aunts. I've been feeling slight random pains in my ovaries lately, and I spotted for a week and a half in February, then two weeks later I started again, but this one with a lot of blood clots and it lasted 11 days. I've been having terrible abdominal pain and cramps and some uncomfort in my lower back. I've already scheduled an appointment with my Gyn, but I'm scared...  What were all of your symptoms like? My mom ended up having to get a total hysterectomy and also had cysts on her ovaries, and I'm afraid because I don't think I could handle going through that like she did...
