holy back pain! is this normal?

I did not restart my BCP this week. We will soon be TTC. I have the most horrific lower back pain. And maybe some cramping in my stomach? I can't pinpoint the cramps because the back pain is so bad. And I never had cramps or anything bad before my periods when I was younger, so I really don't know what that feels like, make sense?

I don't remember this happening 11 years ago when I stopped BCP to TTC the first time.

I'm 40, if that makes a difference
