cloth diapers?

Any moms use cloth diapers? What products do you use / how do you clean them, etc... benefits?

I babysat a kid who's mom used them and I felt like they soaked thru so fast so you have to change them more with cloth. Do you guys feel this is accurate and if so, do you recommend having even more stock bc of it?

I do! Best choice I made baby gear wise and I don't regret it. I wash with tide liquid and calgon (for hard water). Line dry covers/pockets/wet bags and dryer for inserts. Love love love.

We have about 35 diapers, a mix of BumGenius,  GroVia, Buttons, and Mama Koala! They all work great. I wash them every 3 days. Make sure your laundry detergent is recommended for cloth, and also make sure that whatever cream you put on baby's bottom is cloth safe as well. We use a lotion I make from coconut oil and lavender essential oil and it works great!

I've been trying to explain to hubby that his disgusting fast food habit will be replaced by diaper needs when we have baby but he's in for a shock but doesn't wanna do cloth diapers. Thinking about trying both.

We have a mix of brands like Grovia and bumgenius (GroVia is my faaave). She doesn't fit them yet (actually she does fit 3 but we have to "supplement" with disposable for now lol), but we love the eco coconut oil rash preventing cream- just in case!! We also have a spray pal which is super nice.

I use lalabye baby and bum genius. I use a spray pal to hose solid waste down the toilet, throw them in a wet bag and wash every two days, including the wet bag. Plan on having around 30 for a several day haul. You can use orefolds and covers, all in ones, or a combo. Try a few and see what works best for your baby!

We use bun genius cloth diapers and we love them. We change him every one and half to two hours because of how often he pees and or poops. I hand wash when they are immediately dirty using the bun genius sprayer then machine wash and bleach then once a month. I hang them to dry on a line and they are great. I go through about 10-12 a day. Over night we use disposable and when we go out we also use disposable because it's just easier. He never gets chaufing or rashes like he does with disposable and if he does we use coconut oil on his butt and it's safe for him and the diaper.

I haven't gotten to use mine yet but will be starting with my first.  I recommend reading Fluff Lobe University  (cloth diapering doesn't have to be hard) and maybe Nickis diapers.  They have a lot of great information that convinced me!

I had used cloth before,  it's nice for the baby and you hardly get any rashes,  but,,,  it takes more work everytime the baby pees you would have to change even if you have a plastic undies on.  I used bleaching and drying by hand,  and poop stains are hard to get out.  So I went through ten a day, and very very tiresome.

I used to work for a daycare and they used cloth diapers. Idk what the company is called but you can get them from companys or irder them online. You just have to wash them yourself. I liked them.
