Sex Before Your 6 Week Check up

I'm just curious about having sex before your 6 weeks checkup. Have any of you had any of done the deed before your check up? If so... how long did you wait? Did anything happened? I've read some articles with people 4 weeks PP with nothing happening or 2 weeks! I thought it was interesting.
