Is this normal?!

So, I am currently 23 days late on my period. And I have taken 3 pregnancy tests. The first was 4 days before my period, the second was 10 days late, and the third was yesterday on the 22nd day. They ALL have been negative. And on top of it, I started spotting today, so I am super confused. I have a doctor's appointment coming up, I'm just freaking out and I'm hoping that you guys can help ease my mind or something. I really hope I don't have cysts on my ovaries!! 😣😣
