days and nights mixed up?!

So my son is nursing at night, I mean full on nursing. He will eat for about 10-15 minutes, basically how he was when I nursed on maternity leave. Now at the sitter he is taking maybe 2 bottles at 1-2 oz each time. We get home and he nurses for 20 minutes. In the morning he will eat at5/6 and want to top off at 7/7:15 before we leave.  Could he have figured out a way to mostly avoid bottles? Is this what he is doing? Anyone else dealing with this?!
